Life Coaching
Life coaching is very different from our counselling services . The life coaching process involves a specific set of activities that help the person to achieve a particular life goal. This includes a detailed assessment of the person's needs, the selection of objectives and aims the individual wants to achieve, and setting plans for how to work together on achieving those objectives.
A life coach is a professional who provides assistance to functional clients via motivation and guidance, helping to improve certain aspects within their lives. Life coaches can help clients to recognise their skills and dreams, refocus their goals and move past challenges standing in the way in the achievement.
